How to Book
The best way to book is to text Kellie directly at (415) 816-9461. She’ll get back to you to confirm your appointment as soon as she’s out of the chair.
You can also book through our online booking system or email [email protected].
For color services, keratin treatments, or first-time appointments, Kellie may ask a few quick questions before confirming to make sure she sets aside the right amount of time for your hair.

Appointment Policies

Kellie asks for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Rescheduling on the day of your appointment is treated as a same-day cancellation. As a solo stylist, a last-minute change means that slot goes unfilled; your consideration means everything.

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running late, just text Kellie. Depending on the service, she may need to shorten or reschedule; she’ll always do her best to make it work.

Where do I park?
There is street parking available near the salon. Kellie will send you the exact details when you confirm your appointment.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
For color appointments, come with hair that’s 1–2 days unwashed — natural oil is ideal. For keratin treatments, come with clean, dry hair.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
No separate consultation needed. Kellie takes time at the start of every appointment to understand your hair goals before she touches a single strand.
What if I’m not sure what service to book?
Just text Kellie! She’ll ask a few questions and point you toward the right service for your hair type and goals.
Where can I buy The Groove Hairbrush?
The Groove Hairbrush is available online at kellielittle.com. Designed by Kellie herself for salon-quality blowouts at home — it’s the brush her clients keep asking about.
What happens if I’m running late?
Just shoot Kellie a text. She works by appointment only, so a quick heads up goes a long way.
